All questions
I’m new – is FLOAT for me?
Yes. All levels are welcome and every class can be adapted to you. Just let your teacher know it’s your first time.
How hot is it?
Classes marked “(hot)” take place in a heated room – warm enough to sweat. All other classes are not heated. Listen to your body and take a break whenever you need one.
What should I bring?
A towel – we recommend it, you will sweat – a water bottle and comfortable sportswear. Mats are provided.
Do you have showers?
No, we don’t have showers. There is a changing room and two toilets.
When should I arrive?
Please be there 10 minutes before your class starts. Doors close when class begins.
